H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our Pasig City Metro Manila location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling both voice and non-voice interactions. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
- Assist customers through various non-voice channels, such as email, chat, and social media
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules
- A passionate and committed team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
