About the role

We are looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team at DESCORP INC.'. This full-time role will be based in Makati City Metro Manila and will be focused on creating compelling and engaging content for our beauty retail brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality, persuasive content for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and more.
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize campaigns that meet client strategic objectives.
  • Editing & Feedback: Edit and provide feedback on content created by junior copywriters to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand voice and tone are maintained across all platforms.
  • Research & Strategy: Research industry trends and develop strategies to drive media and consumer awareness.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client pitches and proposals, presenting creative ideas with confidence.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to their professional development.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably in an advertising agency with a focus on beauty and lifestyle sectors.

  • Proven track record in creating impactful copy and contributing to successful campaigns.

  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to client feedback is essential.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for team collaboration and client interactions.
  • Understanding of brand voice and tone, with the ability to adapt to different client styles.
  • Analytical skills to understand target audiences and market trends.

  • SEO and digital marketing knowledge to optimize content for online platforms.

  • Proactive and flexible with a strong focus on creative excellence.

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
