Reports to: Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on interior finishes, design solutions, and product selection.
  • Prepare design proposals, presentations, and accurate quotations for clients.
  • Generate and manage leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct ocular site visits to evaluate space, measurements, lighting, and other design-impacting factors.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, and suppliers to ensure project accuracy and quality.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process—from inquiry to project completion.
  • Oversee the implementation of approved designs and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and product innovations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and project updates to management.
  • Ensure all project documentation and client records are complete and properly filed.
  • Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, including color theory, space planning, and design trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of design products such as furniture, textiles, lighting, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in sales activities: lead generation, client negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic client needs.
  • Creativity and practicality in balancing design aesthetics with budgetary requirements.
  • A year of experience as a Sales Designer or in a related architectural/design sales role is preferred.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
