Reports to: Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit client sites to document finished projects and client feedback through photos and videos.
  • Create engaging content highlighting after-sales experiences for marketing and social media use.
  • Coordinate with clients and the operations team during site visits to ensure smooth documentation.
  • Assist in quality checking of installations and ensure they meet company standards before public release or client turnover.
  • Maintain organized files of all client documentation and project photos/videos.
  • Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns, events, branding initiatives, answering customer queries,.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera or in front of a crowd (Hosting Skills).
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Driving skills is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and good at interacting with clients.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
