What You'll Be Doing

As a Credit Support Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our lending process smooth and efficient. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting AML checks and reviewing loan conditions to ensure compliance
  • Updating and maintaining accurate loan application data in the system
  • Communicating with brokers and the credit team to keep processes moving
  • Managing pipelines and distributing communications to the right departments
  • Issuing loan contracts, settlement instructions, and providing guidance on loan statuses

About You

Required:

  • Solid experience in the financial industry
  • Hands-on knowledge of car and/or mortgage lending processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to review financial documents, such as payslips, loan statements, and bank statements
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in the Australian financial industry
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
