Amenable to night shift

About the Role

The Senior Fund Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, same-day processing of financial transactions while maintaining exceptional client experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, precision, and consistency to support high-volume financial back-office operations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Process and reconcile financial transactions following standard procedures


• Manage complex portfolios and specialized products


• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance


• Maintain precise records for audits and internal reviews


• Monitor account activities and resolve discrepancies


• Support regulatory compliance and report irregularities


• Collaborate with internal partners and handle sensitive accounts


Qualifications:


• College undergraduates or graduates welcome


• 4+ years experience in financial back-office (banking, insurance, loans, mortgage, etc.)


• Strong background in processing, verification, recording & auditing transactions


• Preferably from BPO/Shared Services


• Excellent attention to detail & accuracy


• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and time management skills
