AXOS BUSINESS CENTER CORP. is seeking a passionate and experienced Auto Loan Operations SME (Back Office) to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving successful auto loan processing efforts.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and manage a team of auto loan processor, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets
- Provide coaching, training and mentoring to your team to develop their skills and knowledge
- Identify and resolve issues or escalations, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses
- Analyze key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business objectives
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a back office team lead role, preferably in the auto loan processing in financial services or BPO industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers
