  • Uphold Safety & Sanitation Standards: Strictly enforce all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols across all service and dining areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure Dining Area Integrity: Rapidly clear, sanitize, and reset tables (bussing) between seatings, ensuring the dining room remains presentable, hazard-free, and optimized for high turnover.
  • Foster Team Support: Actively support the entire restaurant operation by assisting team members with assigned duties and contributing to a cooperative and efficient workflow.
