  • 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Amenable to be assigned at MOA Branch

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and timely service.
  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper setup of dining and service areas.

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve service excellence.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct on-the-job training to maintain high service standards.
  • Address and resolve staff concerns promptly and professionally.

Customer Service

  • Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively.
  • Promote a positive dining experience and build rapport with regular customers.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for supplies and stock.

Administrative Tasks

  • Assist in daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
  • Support restaurant manager in implementing promotions and events.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and cost control measures.
