Job Summary
Assists the process and standards head to ensure that department goals and objectives are achieved. Plans and supervises process and standards team to ensure solutions are properly provided and implemented/aligned with portfolio management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, organize and schedule projects within project portfolio management
- Guide and facilitate process and standards team in project planning, strategy and implementation
- Ensure that project requirements are properly gathered and applied proper solutions
- Ensure and monitor that projects within portfolio management are properly implemented based on provided SLA
- Ensure and monitor resolution of any system/report related concern
- Monitor, measure and evaluate performance of each team member
- Prepare monthly accomplishment report for submission to process and standards head
- Analyze company process improvement
- Perform other IT related task that may be assigned by the process and standards head
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any IT-related courses;
- With at least five (5) years of work experience in portfolio management, including 1 year as a process or business analyst;
- With people management experience;
- With understanding in Software Development Life Cycle, Portfolio Management, Business Process Mapping, Strategic Planning;
- Knowledgeable in IT best practices and standards in the field of applications, business process and workflow, audit and compliance, risk assessment and IT policy
