The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall e-commerce strategy, operations, and performance of the company's online sales platforms. This role plays a key part in driving digital revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven, with a strong commercial mindset and customer focus.
