Role Summary:

Experienced Workflow Engineer with deep expertise in Nintex K2 Automation to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated business process automation solutions. You'll work with our team to build and optimize workflows that drive operational efficiency across the organization while ensuring data sovereignty and system integration requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

·     Design and develop complex K2 workflows using visual workflow design tools, including serial/parallel flows, rework loops, and business rules

·     Integrate K2 workflows with enterprise systems using pre-built connectors and custom integrations via JavaScript

·     Build and manage task management interfaces with custom UI components

·     Develop and maintain K2 apps for on-premises environments while ensuring data control and security compliance

·     Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into automated solutions

·     Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Experience

·
 3+ years of hands-on K2 workflow development experience

·     Strong proficiency in visual workflow design and business process modelling

·     Experience with system integrations and custom connector development

·     Knowledge of on-premises deployment and data sovereignty considerations

Preferred Qualifications

·
Certification in K2 platform administration or development

·     Experience with business process analysis and optimization

·     Familiarity with custom UI and form development
