This is a full-time onsite role based in our Cebu office:

2nd Floor, Lexmark Plaza 3, Samar Loop corner Panay Road, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Below are examples of the work you'll tackle—expect plenty more variety as you grow:

1. Maintain and optimise client CRMs and work across dozens of platforms, ensuring 99.9 % uptime through database clean-ups and workflow optimisation
2. Build and monitor email-marketing funnels and automation journeys that drive real revenue impact
3. Design Zapier/Make integrations and other no-code solutions that slash manual effort
4. Implement, test and troubleshoot SaaS platforms for seamless client operations
5. Produce detailed documentation and system updates to support scalability
6. Research and experiment with emerging AI and SaaS technologies, integrating them into client workflows and sharing best practices with the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. 1–5 + years in tech-related support or platform administration
2. Confidence with CRMs, email-marketing platforms and automation tools
3. Strong root-cause analysis and detail orientation
4. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates as needed
5. Openness to feedback and drive to expand technical expertise

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP

1. Night shift (aligned to US time zones) or open to possibility of working other shifts.
2. Full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week)
3. Onsite
4. No side gigs or other jobs

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Earn up to ₱50,000 per month , with annual performance increases, onsite incentives, and role-levelling reviews.
