WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Below are examples of the work you'll tackle—expect plenty more variety as you grow:

• Maintain and optimize client CRMs and work across dozens of platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime through database clean-ups and workflow optimization
• Build and monitor email-marketing funnels and automation journeys that drive real revenue impact
• Design Zapier/Make integrations and other no-code solutions that significantly reduce manual work
• Implement, test, and troubleshoot SaaS platforms for seamless client operations
• Produce detailed documentation and system updates to support scalability
• Research emerging AI and SaaS technologies, integrating them into client workflows and sharing best practices with the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–5+ years in tech-related support or platform administration
• Confidence with CRMs, email-marketing systems, and automation tools
• Strong root-cause analysis and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates
• Openness to feedback and a desire to grow technical expertise

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP

• Night shift (aligned with US time zones) or open to other possible shift schedules
• Full-time permanent role (40 hours/week)
• Remote work
• No side gigs or additional jobs

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Earn up to ₱50,000 per month, with annual performance increases and role-levelling reviews.
