Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines IDGC Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱2,400,000 per year

Recruitment:

* In charge of handling the end-to-end employee cycle from manpower requests to offboarding.

* Ensures and facilitates documents before onboarding, such as pre-employment requirements, employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding kits, and ATM applications, and conducts company orientation for newly hired employees.

* Ensures the completeness and accuracy of 201 filings and documentation (201 folders and HRIS).

* Updates manpower plantilla religiously.

* Responsible for monitoring the employees' status under the probationary period (3rd and 5th month) and coordinates with HRAD head the employees due for performance evaluation.

* Assist in developing and keeping up-to-date job descriptions and job specifications for each position.

* Coordinates with admin team—company ID, number of manpower

* Organizes recruitment or participates in job fair events to build a strong candidate pipeline

* Knowledgeable of current trends in recruitment

* Well-verse in different search engines.

* Conducts background checks for shortlisted applicants subject to job offers.

* Processing and validation of clearances of resigned Rank and File & Supervisory employees on their respective accountabilities such as government claims/loans and other accountabilities.

* Maintains an accurate database of all employees, regardless if they are still connected or not.

* Provides manpower updates to the IT Department for the deletion of employee door access and biometrics every month.

General tasks:

* Acts as one of the organizers in major company events such as team building, company outings, anniversaries, Christmas parties, sports events, training, etc.

* Conducts an icebreaker activity every birthday celebration.

Strategic Planning:

*Supports workforce planning and talent management strategies.

*Analyzes HR metrics to improve processes and decision-making.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

*College Graduate with Bachelor's Degree

*High-level of initiative and competitiveness

*Ability to work in minimal supervision

*Well-informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure client compliance.

*Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

*Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

*Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other job boards to proactively source candidates

*Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
