Job Summary:

The HR Associate – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of the organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both applicants and hiring managers. The Recruitment Associate plays a vital role in helping the company attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of the company's recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes conduct initial phone/virtual interviews, and shortlist potential candidates for hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, exams, and assessments with applicants and department heads.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring progress and efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding newly hired employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Coordinate with HR team members for manpower planning and talent acquisition activities.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with online job portals, social media platforms, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
  • .High Level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
