The responsibility of the Business Operations Analyst will be to support the overall business with reporting and analysis concerning clients, products, and sales performance. The BOA will provide our Operations team with the reporting & workflow management needed to fulfil our customers' needs. We are looking for a highly motivated, thorough individual able to work with minimal supervision; detailed oriented and yet able to see the big picture and think holistically.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotation for residential and business customers. Work closely with sales and account management teams to provide tailored pricing and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of promotional pricing campaigns and special offers.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and wholesale energy costs to support pricing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
  • Deliver accurate reports, insights, and recommendations to management on pricing performance and market conditions.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years Energy Pricing experience
  • Proven analytical skills in areas of reporting and providing insights on the results.
  • Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience developing prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative modelling techniques, including predictive model development, simulations, optimizations, and other computational method.
