Cost U Less Incorporated is a leading provider of interior finishes and furniture, catering to various interior needs. With a strong presence in the market for over 16 years, Cost U Less has been the go-to supplier of office and restaurant furniture in the Philippines.
Our growing company is hiring for Customer Service Associates. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
- Acting as the point of contact for all client complaints, repairs, warranty concerns and after sales concerns.
- Formally record, fill up Support Form with the Intention to complete action plan at the soonest possible time.
- Submit After Sales Claims and Parts Summary for Supplier References
- Act as the second tier support to take the escalation and solve the customer issue from sales department
- Meet or exceed customer requirement with respect to any claims for defects, damages, after sales support, product demonstrations, assembly instructions, product, pricing, and delivery issues and requests
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve requests and incidents of a complex nature
- Update/maintain customer relations management system (CRM) information from client support requests from emails, phone calls, and customer follow-up
- Respond to problems from vendors and/or customers with quick responsive actions
- To provide advanced end user support to the user community answer process related questions and support in managing issues
- Escalating issues to management level or other teams across divisions
Required Skills and Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative
- Solid understanding of many of Cost U Less' products and services
- Effectively implements Cost U Less' Warranty Guidelines by building strategic relationships with partner/client decision makers
- Strong understanding of Return, & Exchange Laws
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Carrying out all transactions in accordance with policies and procedures
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a HUGE plus
- Ability to work in of either our Makati & Quezon City Showrooms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Technical, Business, Engineering, Associates, Business/Administration, Management, Communication or other related field is a PLUS
- 1-2 years Customer Service Position or equivalent experience in a company dealing in tangible products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
