Qualification

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

2. Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience in content creation and social media calendars.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

3. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of current trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Ability to create engaging content (text, image, and video).
  • Analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

4. Personal Traits:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing.

5. Preferred/Optional:

  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience working with influencers and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics as related to content creation.
  • Lives near Quezon City and can work onsite at our Banawe store
  • Interest in watches, fashion, or retail is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time
