About the role

AQUADYSINC' is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function within our organization. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support for recruitment process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, CV formatting and document preparation.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Prepare presentations and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Willing to report onsite in Libis, Quezon City.
