Role Overview

We need a highly skilled virtual assistant who can handle digital marketing, AI-driven content creation, SEO, and system integrations across multiple platforms. This is not a basic administrative VA role. This person will be responsible for creating marketing content, running campaigns, improving our online presence, optimizing our systems, and most importantly, driving measurable sales and service growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Google Business, and YouTube.
  • Create all marketing content: graphics, posts, short-form videos, long-form videos, ads, and blog articles.
  • Use AI tools to enhance and edit videos and graphics into professional-quality marketing assets.
  • Build and manage text + email campaigns in Podium, including automations, retargeting, promotions, and review workflows.
  • Website Management

o Maintain and optimize the Client's DealerCenter website

o Build a brand-new website for Auto Medic

o Maintain and update the Sparks Computerized Car Care website

  • Execute SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page SEO, local SEO, blog writing, image optimization, directories.
  • Provide weekly reporting with actionable insights and clear performance tracking.
  • Request photos, videos, and information from my U.S.-based team as needed.
  • Ensure all software systems integrate and function correctly, including:

o DealerCenter

o VIN Solutions CRM

o Tekmetric

o Podium

Required Performance Outcomes

This role must produce direct, measurable results, including:

  • Increase online leads and showroom traffic
  • Increase vehicle sales volume
  • Improve conversion rates across website, CRM, and Podium workflows
  • Strengthen SEO rankings for dealership-related keywords

Auto Medic

  • Increase car count and repair orders
  • Strengthen service retention and repeat visit marketing
  • Cross-market to dealership customers to drive service traffic

Sparks Computerized Car Care

  • Increase repair orders and overall car count
  • Strengthen Google visibility and customer engagement
  • Improve local SEO and online presence

This must be someone who can deliver results, not just create content.

  • Excellent English writing and communication
  • Skilled in digital marketing and social media growth
  • Advanced AI-based content creation ability (graphics + video editing)
  • Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Able to coordinate and request assets from my team
  • Automotive marketing experience is helpful but not required

Primary Goals of This Role

  1. Increase vehicle sales of the client
  2. Increase car count and repair orders at Auto Medic and Sparks
  3. Produce consistent, high-quality AI-enhanced or traditional marketing content
  4. Improve SEO and website performance across all businesses
  5. Ensure all systems (DealerCenter, VIN Solutions, Tekmetric, Podium) are synced and optimized
  6. Build a new Auto Medic website and maintain the Sparks website
