  1. Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

  2. Develop, expand, add new clients and manage clients and customer relationships to enhance parts sales.

  3. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.

  4. Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  5. Oversee inventory and purchasing; and coordinate major orders with vendors and head office procurement department.

  6. Automation of systems and procedure of Parts Department to improve transaction, accuracy of data and updated report generation.

  7. Engage on pricing parts to maintain profitability.

  8. Assist with training, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.

  9. Responsible for assisting mechanics and customers with purchasing needs for parts and supplies.

  10. Manage budgets and other financial matters and create self-sustained department.

  11. Coordinate with Finance Department the parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through service department.

  12. Accountable for confirming their staff maintains a safe and clean work environment and adheres to all company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or any related course

With at least five years related work experience on same capacity

Can manage operations and sales of the department
