We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer member to support our operations. The person selected for this role will help ensure that daily administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the management team and other departments.

As an Admin Officer, you'll be responsible for general office administration, preparing and organizing documents, coordinating schedules, assisting with basic HR and accounting tasks, and providing support to both staff and clients as needed. You'll report to our office in Plaridel, Bulacan. Some local errands or coordination with external partners may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management and project teams
  • Prepare, file, and organize company documents, contracts, and reports
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchases
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support basic HR tasks such as timekeeping, filing employee records, and onboarding new staff
  • Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation and petty cash monitoring
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
