We're hiring a Payment Associate to help us stay on top of daily repayments, improve payment tracking systems, and support smooth operations across the board.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and update daily client payments into our systems
  • Accurately encode repayments and maintain payment histories
  • Identify and report payment issues or red flags (e.g., delays, mismatches, underpayments)
  • Collaborate with the Collections team to triage and follow up on problem accounts
  • Generate payment and repayment reports, and suggest process improvements
  • Support ad hoc operations and accounting tasks as needed

  • Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Are organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Have a background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin (fresh grads welcome)
  • Ideally graduated from De La Salle, Ateneo, UST, or UP
