SALES ASSOCIATE / BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Confidence meets care. Sell beauty, inspire confidence. We're looking for a Sales Associate / Beauty Consultant who can deliver an exceptional shopping experience — promoting skincare and beauty products while helping every customer look and feel their best.

Salary: ₱695/day (Basic) + High Commission

Schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (including weekends and holidays)

Locations: Ayala Feliz, Ayala 30th, Estancia, Market Market, and Sta. Lucia Mall (possible rotation)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote and sell beauty and skincare products
  • Assist customers in choosing products that suit their needs and preferences
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Proactively approach customers and conduct product demonstrations
  • Showcase strong persuasive and communication skills to close sales
  • Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

  • Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, promodizing, or as a sales promoter (beauty/skincare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality
  • Able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Willing to be assigned to any of the following branches: Ayala Feliz, Ayala 30th, Estancia, Market Market, and Sta. Lucia Mall
  • Open to possible rotation between locations
