Job Description: The Sales Development Officer is responsible for driving sales performance, market development, and recruitment growth across assigned regional areas. The role ensures that area leaders and branches are equipped with the right systems, tools, and support to achieve targets, sustain long-term network growth, and implement effective training and engagement programs.Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Deliverables

1. Sales Development & Area Growth (55%)

  • Drive monthly and annual sales performance across assigned areas, ensuring alignment with regional and national targets.
  • Ensure area leaders and branches have the capabilities and support to implement effective sales and recruitment systems.
  • Achieve at least 20% YoY growth in sales performance of assigned areas.
  • Monitor area sales reports, analyze gaps, and coordinate with leaders for corrective action.
  • Provide regular field or online support and guidance to strengthen recruitment, retention, and sales conversion activities.

2. Market Development & Execution (20%)

  • Ensure area leaders and branches execute effective market penetration programs aligned with Santé campaigns.
  • Assist in rolling out new products, campaigns, and brand initiatives to assigned areas.
  • Support branches and leaders in hosting roadshows, caravans, and regional events to increase visibility and sales contribution.
  • Develop emerging areas by creating new growth hubs in coordination with leaders.

3. Recruitment & Engagement (15%)

  • Ensure area leaders and branches have the systems and tools to strengthen engagement and sustain long-term growth of Business Owners, Product Centers, and Preferred Members.
  • Deliver at least 15% YoY growth in recruitment and engagement metrics.
  • Guide area leaders and branches in conducting monthly loyalty meetings, cascading updates, and implementing recognition programs.
  • Provide frameworks for exclusive perks, rewards, and retention initiatives to drive participation and loyalty.

4. Training & Activities (5%)

  • Support regional training initiatives by cascading area building programs and skill development activities.
  • Coordinate with Training & Development to ensure leaders and branches are equipped to duplicate learnings within their networks.
  • Assist in executing localized events and activities that support recruitment and sales growth.

5. Digital Adoption & Reporting (5%)

  • Guide area leaders and branches to adopt digital tools, platforms, and systems for sales reporting, engagement, and training.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of area performance reports.
  • Track and analyze sales, recruitment, and activity KPIs for management updates.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to address performance gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, area development, or network marketing.
  • Strong background in sales performance management, recruitment, and engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva (for creating presentations, reports, and promotional materials), and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT for drafting communication and reports, Jasper for content creation, Tableau or Power BI for data visualization) to enhance reporting, analysis, and communication.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills; able to engage and inspire area leaders, Business Owners, and large audiences.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence area leaders and branch operators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to recommend and implement growth strategies.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned areas and conduct both field and online support activities.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Can speak local dialect is an advantage (BISAYA & HILIGAYNON)

Job Type: Full-time
