Your Role:

As a Rocketeers & Resources Associate, you will:

Support Camp Australia's Resources and Holiday Club day-to-day tasks and act as the first point of contact of our staff members, regional/key account/general managers, and third-party suppliers for any resources and holiday club-related queries/concerns.

  • Responding to inbound calls from staff members, KAMs/RMs/GMs, and suppliers
  • Responding to emails from staff members, KAMs/RMs/GMs, and suppliers
  • Making outbound calls to staff members, KAMs/RMs/GMs, new and/or existing suppliers
  • Responsible Processes:

o   Holiday Club

  • Conducting new transport provider research
  • Call outs to excursion and incursion providers for the next seasons
  • Collating risk assessments
  • Creating OCW profiles for new suppliers
  • Sending provider/bus booking requests
  • Sending and following up on booking confirmations
  • Uploading Themes, Blurbs, Images, Surcharges in OCW
  • Uploading essential documents in One Team
  • Support with go live tasks
  • Sending attendance updates to current suppliers
  • Cancellations and Combinations process
  • Checking weather forecast
  • Sending cinema session time confirmation to current suppliers
  • Transportation Management process
  • Index Update
  • Action programming changes as requested by RMs, GMs and/or and Holiday Club team
  • Working closely with the team in addressing on-the-day issues
  • Assisting on other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader

o   Resources

  • Tracking of general resources such as food delivery, office/stationary supplies, first aid items, furniture, appliances/equipment, holiday club incursion items, arts & crafts, and sports equipment
  • Placing orders via Woolworths, Modern Teaching Aids (MTA), Officeworks, The Good-Guys, COS, DirectFreight, KwikCopy, CleverPatch
  • Action out of scope resources requests from KAMs/RMs/GMs
  • Working closely with the team in addressing on-the-day issues
  • Assisting on other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 2 years of experience in an Inbound and Outbound Customer Service role is highly regarded
  • Excellent English communications skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to provide support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to contribute to and work well within a small group or other teams based remotely
