PC EXPRESS IS HIRING FOR BRANCH MANAGERS

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a smooth flow of branch operations to ensure profitable sales, setting sales targets, handling product/stock management, developing and improving sales plans to maximize the results and achieve peak performance levels.

The Branch Manager is responsible for developing the branch, ensuring the company policies and procedures is followed, organizing, and executing training programs for branch personnel, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and coaching as needed and providing ongoing support to the sales team, and attending essential training to advance to a high-level position are also considered part of the function.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree graduate of any business management course. IT-related graduates may be considered depending on experience.

2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Branch Manager in a retail setting.

3. Preferably with experience in selling IT-related products such as laptops, desktop PCs, printers, networking devices, etc.

4. Knowledgeable in general PC assembly and troubleshooting techniques.

5. With experience in people management and development.

6. With excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Willing to work 6 days a week with shifting schedule as needed.

8. Willing to be trained in Metro Manila for 1 month and then 1 month in Cebu.

Note: Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
