About the role
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Technology Manager to join our dynamic team at LMTP Corporation. As the Plastic Injection Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production, planning, and scheduling of our state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding operations. This full-time position is based in our Calamba City, Laguna facility, where you will be responsible for optimising production processes and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality plastic components.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the plastic injection moulding department, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, maximising efficiency and productivity Develop and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure strict adherence to industry standards and customer specifications Provide technical expertise and support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions Monitor key performance indicators and generate detailed reports to track progress and drive continuous improvement Oversee the maintenance and calibration of injection moulding equipment, ensuring optimal performance Mentor and develop the skills of the production team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellenceWhat we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry Proven expertise in plastic injection moulding technology, with a deep understanding of materials, processes, and equipment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and implement innovative solutions Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience in using production management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related fieldWhat we offer
