Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
  • Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, onboarding forms, and employee requests.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, overtime).
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and update HR trackers.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Organize and maintain HR filing systems and databases.
  • Support in organizing company events, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labor law compliance).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
