Operations Supervisor

Locations: Manila | Bacolod | Cebu

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our expanding team in Manila, Bacolod, and Cebu. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, outstanding team performance, and excellent customer experience in our fun and dynamic arcade environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving store goals through effective supervision and operational management.
  • Oversee day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Conduct staff training to improve employee performance and service quality.
  • Implement and monitor in-store promotional activities and marketing programs.
  • Prepare, summarize, and submit daily reports and operational updates.
  • Supervise cashiering and accounting processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
  • Manage inventory, file records, and other store documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role within the retail, arcade, or chain industry.
  • Computer literate and capable of preparing reports and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Able to handle workload under pressure and respond effectively in urgent situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
