Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for an Operations Supervisor in our Healthcare BPO division. The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, implementing operational strategies, conducting regular analyses, and maintaining effective communication across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Operations experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Proven track record in handling healthcare BPO operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
