The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit that will deliver on expected business results. Creates initiatives to expand the business such as its service offerings and customer base.

Operations

  • Helps the Managing Director develop company objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making plan adjustments when required.
  • Ensures the establishment and implementation of policies and practices that contribute to high standards of customer service, fiscal prudence, ethical business practices, quality principles and efficiency of operations.
  • Oversees day to day operations and responsible for reportorial requirements to the Managing Director.
  • Builds a positive company image by collaborating with customers, government, the medical community, and the local community.
  • Evaluates the department's performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Assist the Managing Director in business development activities such as investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances.
  • Manage relationships with business partners, suppliers, and key customers.
  • Lead organization change initiatives.
  • Champion the building of corporate culture and practice of corporate values; inspire and motivate employees at all levels towards professional growth and development;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
