Position Summary

The Field Operations Supervisor / Port Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities at assigned ports and sub-ports for the E-TRACC program. This role oversees field marshals, site monitoring personnel, device technicians, and reverse logistics staff to ensure smooth arming/disarming of GPS devices, device maintenance, inventory control, and compliance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) reporting requirements. The Supervisor ensures operational readiness, staff scheduling, asset accountability, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 years of supervisory experience in port operations, logistics, field service management, or alike.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Has knowledge in inventory management systems and basic MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and E-TRACC operations is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
