We are looking for a
hands-on Operations Supervisor
to join our new Philippine operations and play a key role in establishing and running local activities. This is an exciting opportunity to help build Arteak's footprint in the country from the ground up, while being supported by our international network and standards.

What you will do

As Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational support for Arteak projects in the Philippines
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff working locally and internationally
  • Manage visa and work permit processes for employees and contractors
  • Support the setup and oversight of warehouse and logistics functions in the Philippines
  • Manage Arteak's local office facilities, procurement, and vendor services
  • Review and process staff expenses and timesheets to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Work closely with Arteak's global operations and finance teams to align local practices with international standards

What we are looking for

  • Experience in operations, administration, or logistics management (energy, industrial, or engineering sectors preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Philippine business practices, local suppliers, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in managing travel, immigration, and compliance processes
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog or other local languages a plus)
