Location: BGC, Taguig City

The role

We are supporting our client as they establish their new Shared Services Center in the Philippines. They are now hiring 100+ Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join their pioneering global team.

This role focuses primarily on chat-based support and administrative processing, with only occasional voice calls.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries mainly through live chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and data processing
  • Perform research, follow up on pending cases, and complete backend support tasks
  • Make occasional outbound or inbound calls for clarification when needed
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM or support platform
  • Follow service standards, quality guidelines, and shared services processes
  • Support continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree of any program.
  • Strong written communication skills, with clear and grammatically correct responses.
  • Good verbal communication skills for minimal voice interactions.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems or tools.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig City.
