What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound/outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on healthcare-related matters
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  5. Adhering to quality assurance standards and meeting key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. At 1 Year of BPO voice experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle management
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a virtual environment and respond to changing priorities
