What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, live chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  2. Excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  3. Proficient in using various software applications and technology to support customer interactions
  4. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
