About the role

What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, live chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Proficient in using various software applications and technology to support customer interactions
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
