We're Hiring: Remote Medical Scribes (Licensed Healthcare Professionals Only)

Compensation: $4.50 USD per hour OR 40,000 PHP/month (conversion may vary)

Qualifications (Strict Requirement)
  • Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
  • Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist, or Radiologic Technologist (Radtech)
  • Applications from other professions will not be considered
  • Must be willing to undergo 2 weeks of rigorous training
  • Must have a complete technical setup

Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects
  • MDs: Internship experience is acceptable
  • BPO/customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience as a Medical VA or General VA is an advantage

Skills Needed
  • Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms

Technical Requirements
  • Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
  • Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
  • MacBooks are not supported
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)

Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift, PH Time)
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
