JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Facilitate, process, and monitor applications for PEZA permits and registrations, such as Letters of Authority (LOA) and 8105/8106.
  • Review and validate documents like sales invoices and delivery receipts, and ensure timely filing of all required reports to PEZA and other government agencies to avoid penalties.
  • Coordinate asset movements and disposals in compliance with PEZA guidelines and procedures.
  • Support the company during PEZA audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Stays informed on updates and changes to PEZA policies, regulations, and other relevant government requirements (BIR and LGU).
  • Conduct internal audits on company processes and systems, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with departments to implement compliance strategies.
  • Assist in identifying risks and creating mitigation plans to ensure the company's compliance with regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in handling PEZA compliance, government reporting, and document processing is often required or preferred.
  • Familiarity with PEZA regulations and procedures is essential. Knowledge of other standards like ISO and LGU permits is also beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for analyzing regulations and collaborating with different teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite and occassional travel for audits may be necessary.
