Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy graduate
  • Must be a CPA
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in financial record-keeping, reporting principles, and practices
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting

  • Oversee the monthly financial close process, including preparing and finalizing statutory and internal reports.

2. Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with requirements from regulatory bodies such as BIR, SEC, LGU, and PEZA, and manage timely submissions.

3. Procure-to-Pay Process

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align purchase orders with business needs.
  • Review and approve payment requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and preventing errors or fraud.

4. Revenue and Collections

  • Act as the primary liaison for tenant-related accounting concerns, directing issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Implement and enforce collection policies to resolve overdue accounts and recover past-due payments.
