Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity? IT Managers is looking for a driven Data Analyst to join our team We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collects, validates, and maintains HR data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepares HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using HRIS tools, primarily PeopleSoft
  • Supports HRIS Reporting Analysts with data analysis, report generation, and troubleshooting
  • Documents reporting processes, procedures, and data standards for reference and compliance
  • Provides administrative and reporting support for HRIS-related projects and initiatives

For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in HRIS reporting or HR data analysis, preferably at a senior level
  • Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft Query (hard requirement) for report creation and data extraction
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation
  • Knowledge of HR processes, reporting standards, and HRIS systems functionality
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work full-onsite in BGC, Taguig, and in night/shifting schedule
