About the role

MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc.' is seeking enthusiastic college graduates to join our dynamic team as Social Media Specialists. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence, engaging with their online communities, and developing creative content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to meet clients' marketing objectives
  2. Create engaging and visually appealing content for a variety of social media platforms
  3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and track performance metrics
  4. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  6. Provide regular reports and recommendations to clients on social media performance

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique features and capabilities
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
  4. Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing social media assets
  5. Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies
  6. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
