Under the direction and supervision of the Human Resource Manager, the position mainly entails planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase company awareness and improve marketing efforts both internally and externally.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Handles, documents, and executes social media strategies to enhance company awareness and raise corporate profile.

  2. Develop a corporate style guide across our corporate website and social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and LinkedIn).

  3. Creates engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets, targeted to each platform and target audience.

  4. Responds to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms.

  5. Explores new and innovative ways to engage with different target audiences.

  6. Assist in organizing promotional events or digital campaigns.

  7. Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks deemed relevant by the immediate superior to one's job.

Job Specifications

The successful candidate must have the following minimum qualifications: a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least a year of experience, understands PR and Social Media Marketing, knowledgeable in mainstream social media platforms and editing software or application (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, etc.), can identify and resolve problems promptly, and gathers and analyzes information skillfully, maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality and can communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
