Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator with experience working with Australian companies to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Coordination:

2. Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns tailored to the Australian market.

3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

4. Content Development:

5. Create and curate engaging content for social media, email marketing, and websites, ensuring alignment with Australian audience preferences.

6. Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

7. Digital Marketing:

8. Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement metrics for campaigns targeting Australian audiences.

9. Assist in SEO optimization and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

10. Event Coordination:

11. Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows in collaboration with Australian partners.

12. Manage event logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.

13. Market Research:

14. Conduct research on Australian market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

15. Analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategies.

16. Reporting and Analytics:

17. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

18. Use analytics tools to track and optimize marketing efforts.

19. Stakeholder Collaboration:

20. Work closely with Australian clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and deliverables.

21. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external stakeholders.

Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

• Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.

• Proven experience working with Australian companies or clients.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Sharepoint, MS Office suite, Confluence & Jira).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Market Knowledge:

• Understanding of Australian market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Australian advertising regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with Australian industry-specific trends (if applicable).
