ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engage our network. The ideal candidate has strong design and communication skills, experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and WordPress, and enjoys working on a variety of creative projects. This role will be integral in strengthening our brand presence across digital and event platforms.

WORK SCHEDULE: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM US PDT, Follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full-time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design digital marketing collateral (social graphics, presentations, flyers, event signage, proposals, etc.) in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  2. Maintain and update company website content using WordPress, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and engagement.
  3. Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
  4. Assist in developing campaigns that align with business goals and promote events, services, and firm updates.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  6. Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
  7. Support the planning and logistics of marketing-related events, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
  8. Manage vendors and third-party partners (e.g., printers, promotional item suppliers) to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
  9. Maintain organized files, assets, and brand materials to streamline collaboration across teams.
  10. Provide creative input and support on special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

PREFERRED SUPERPOWERS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  3. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  6. Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
  7. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design consistency.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to work with shifting priorities.
  9. Bonus: experience with Asana, video editing, or SEO.
