Are you a meticulous bookkeeper in the Philippines ready to manage finances for a Singapore-registered business serving clients worldwide—while getting flown to Singapore and Southeast Asia twice per year, all expenses paid?

Industry Titans needs a Part-Time Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records for our 45M+client results ecosystem.

THE ROLE

You're the Financial Guardian for Industry Titans—ensuring every transaction is accurately tracked and organized. Your meticulous work provides the financial foundation that enables $45M+ in client transformations and confident business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Bookkeeping (60-70%):

  • Reconcile 2-3 bank accounts and credit cards weekly with all discrepancies resolved
  • Categorize monthly transactions across multiple revenue streams and expense categories
  • Process accounts payable/receivable including vendor payments and client invoicing
  • Close books within 5 business days of month-end, fully reconciled and ready for review

Financial Reporting (20-25%):

  • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports for leadership review
  • Track revenue by program to show which offerings drive business growth
  • Monitor expenses and flag unusual patterns or billing errors proactively
  • Maintain real-time dashboards showing key metrics for decision-making

Compliance & Collaboration (10-15%):

  • Coordinate with external accountant for GST filings and tax preparation
  • Ensure Singapore business compliance (invoicing format, GST treatment, statutory requirements)
  • Participate in weekly team syncs (Singapore time zone)
  • Document processes and create SOPs for scalability

SUCCESS METRICS

Quality: Books reconciled with zero discrepancies, categorizations correct on first pass, reports error-free

Performance: Financial reports enable confident business decisions—leadership trusts your numbers for strategic investments

Reliability: Meet 5-day month-end close deadline consistently, responsive during Singapore business hours, proactive communication

Growth: Reduce reconciliation time as you master systems, increase automation, develop premium coaching business finance expertise

Business Impact: Accurate cash flow management, improved collection rates, cost-saving identification, strategic insights that optimize profitability

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

  • 2-3 years professional bookkeeping with references demonstrating accuracy
  • Expert in cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero) including reconciliation and reporting
  • Strong accounting principles (double-entry, accrual vs cash, financial statements)
  • Experience with service-based or B2B businesses preferred (coaching, consulting, professional services)—you understand how premium programs generate revenue
  • Responsive during Singapore business hours (SGT UTC+8) for collaboration and urgent requests
  • Strong English proficiency (written/spoken) for Singapore-based founder collaboration
