JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a network of channel partners to drive sales and business growth. This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that channel partners are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed. The individual will also focus on aligning partner strategies with the company's overall objectives and driving performance through continuous analysis and improvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Channel Partner Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a network of channel partners to expand the company's reach and drive sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations to ensure long-term success.
  • Align partner strategies with the company's overall business objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Sales Execution:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the channel to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with company targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to support sales efforts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Channel Partner Enablement:

  • Provide ongoing training and enablement to channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills on our products, services, and sales processes.
  • Develop and deliver sales tools, materials, and resources that will empower channel partners to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Support channel partners with marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Performance Management:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics for each channel partner, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to address them and drive enhanced performance.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to implement initiatives aimed at improving overall performance and achieving sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center solutions (is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and secure contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet sales goals and support channel partner success.
  • Willing to be assign in Jenny's Rosario, Pasig City
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Friday ( Saturday if necessary)
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
