Collaborating with SDEs, product managers, and pharmaceutical stakeholders. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and developing data-driven solutions to drive organizational growth.

Essential Job Functions

  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques, including machine learning algorithms and statistical models, to uncover insights and trends in healthcare provider and patient data across Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, and S. Korea.

  • Develop and implement business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to visualize key performance indicators and metrics.

  • Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new features or process improvements in the Rx Logistics application.

  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze unstructured data from user feedback and reviews to improve the application's user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning

models for predictive analytics, such as demand forecasting or user behavior prediction.

  • Utilize cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for big data processing and analysis to handle large-scale healthcare logistics data.

  • Design and implement business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools

Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using robotic process automation

(RPA) and no-code platforms (i.e., Zapier, Make).

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree in Applied Data Science or similar field is a plus.

  • Strong background in statistics, data analysis, and quantitative methods, with experience in applying these skills to real-world business problems.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (including libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and R (tidyverse, ggplot).

  • Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).

  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data

solutions (AWS, GCP).

  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their business applications, including experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

  • Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
