Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
➤ Must be an American, Australian, or British National
➤ Open to Graduate or undergraduates
➤ With working experience as a Customer Support Manager in a BPO Set-up
➤ Willing to work in Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for providing tools, resolving issues, responds to inquiries from clients, and upholds client satisfaction
➤ Lead to a team to help them strive the success of company's goals and vision
➤ Accountable for actions and results.
➤ Manage a team to be success by creating procedures, policies, and standards.
➤ Abilities to carry out specific task, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with team memebers
➤ In charge of monthly and weekly reports and surveys
➤ Perform other related task
